The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Linda-Lee  McSweeney (Dziekonski)
Longmeadow- Linda-Lee (Dziekonski) McSweeney, 63, of Longmeadow passed away September 12, 2018 at Jewish Nursing Home. Linda-Lee, daughter of Jane A. (Wandeloski) Dziekonski and the late John M. Dziekonski, was born in Greenfield on August 17, 1955. She attended parochial school and was a graduate of Cathedral High School. Growing up, she spent a lot of time with her grandparents, Helen and Walter Wandeloski of Greenfield. Linda-Lee loved shopping, reading, and going to tag sales. She also enjoyed makeup and fashion, as well as, cooking and baking. Above all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandson, Caleb. Linda-Lee was a strong advocate for Autism and was a special needs volunteer for many years. In addition to her mother, she leaves her beloved husband of 50 years, Edward McSweeney; her daughter, Brianna Seaman and her husband Adam of Southwick; her son, Brenton McSweeney of East Longmeadow; her grandson, Caleb Seaman; her mother in law, JoAnn McSweeney of Springfield; her Godmother, Maryanne Ciesluk of Deerfield; her dear friend, Maureen “Mo” Sullivan of Springfield; and many extended family members and friends. Visiting Hours for Linda-Lee will be held Thursday, September 20, 2018, from 4PM to 7PM at Sampson’s Chapel of the Acres, 21 Tinkham Road, Springfield. A Funeral Home Service will be held Friday, September 21, 2018, beginning at 11AM followed by Rites of Committal and Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 421 Tinkham Road, Springfield.
