Agawam—Norbert J. Dussault, 64, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Agawam Healthcare on October 3, 2019. Son of the late Ross and Marie (Fournier) Dussault, he was born in Holyoke on March 23, 1955 and attended Easthampton High School. Norbert later went on to enlist and serve his country in the United States Army. After his service, he became a manager of AMF Bowling Lanes for over 20 years. Norbert was an avid bowler and enjoyed countless crossword puzzles, but above all, loved spending time with his family and friends. Norbert will be missed by all who knew him, including his very caring and loving sister with whom he resided with, Marie Dussault of Springfield, MA; three daughters, Bonnie Leamy, Chrstina Brodeur, and Tammy Herzig (Jaime), all of Greenfield, MA; his eight grandchildren Troy, Seth, Kristen, Madison, Xavier, Lance, Logan, Jacob; and three great-grandchildren Carter, Brody, and Landon; as well as many extended family members and friends. A period of visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, from 8:30 am -10:30 am at Sampson’s Funeral Home, 710 Liberty St, Springfield, MA. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will follow, beginning at 11 am in Mary, Mother of Hope Church, 840 Page Blvd, Springfield. Rites of Committal and Interment in Brookside Cemetery, Williston Ave, Easthampton, MA to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
