To all the members of Owen's family----Please accept my deepest sympathies to all of you on Owen's passing-----back in the day, I always enjoyed my encounters with Owen when he was with the school department and I was a city councillor-----my late mother was a reading teacher in the Springfield public schools and she always spoke positively about him, she greatly appreciated his support. May he rest in peace. Phil Contant
